Can I connect to a wireless router outside of the zone of that wireless network?

My friend is going on holiday and thought it would be a waste of internet so she suggested I use up the bandwidth. I live near her but not close enough to be within the wireless zone of her router. Is there any way I could connect to it from my own house by setting up something? would it work if i plugged her router into my laptop at home or is the wireless router specifically connected to her home address?

If you’re out of range, then the only option is to move your PC to within range.

Her router will be associated with her account, and her landline number. If you moved the router, you’d either be using your account or it wouldn’t work.
