good nic
Don’t use WEP.Use WPA or WPA2.If you do that,you have much less of a chance of being hacked.
my router does not support passwords for ssid its ssid is 135482 and no password and yesterday i had over 2000 people using it because its in an appartment
@DarkUchiha95 go to ‘control panel’
click ‘network center’
at your left click ‘manage wireless networks’
Thats it
@Mindfxcker LOL, that comment was over a year ago but i appreciate your help nonetheless. i had already figured out how to configure wireless networks and have learned a lot more about computers than i did a year ago. but thanks anyway.
@DarkUchiha95 lol ok ;p
i made a network and now its in that list of wireless networks, but i need to get it in the list where you can choose the network you want to connect with.. =/
maybe you can help me then?
WEP is no longer secure, it can be cracked in minutes. Use WPA2 AES, not TKIP for the highest security.
