Yes you can but each one has a different IP address used for the administrative site.
    (I.E.)
    Linksys – 192.168.1.1
    Dlink – 192.168.0.1

  3. piggyCHOO says:

why is it when i type 192.168.1.1 on my address bar the setting for my isp will pop up not the lynksis one? thats why im really having a hard time with this

such a simple process, but it’s not so easy to find a text or video step-by-step on securing a network for macs.
after much searching, i found this one.
    thanks for filling the gap.

I guess that it doesn’t work with some services. I’m not really sure about it.

Excellent!!!!!! I was also able to transfer you instructions and change the name of my network!
Note to self: If/when I change the name of the network and/or the password, suddenly Safari can’t find it and I’m disconnected. Have to go into Preferences and choose the network again.

This iwifihack . net app made my ipad (also works on iphone and ipod touch) hack wifi networks

  22. MrFloodDude says:

THANK YOU Benjamoon! Your video was a HUGE help. After losing my secure network connection… in which, I shelled out tons of money for Linksys to set up for me… HUGE waste of money, by the way. Your video showed me how EASY it was to set it up myself. I no longer have to deal with network piggybacking bastards anymore.
