In almost all cases, its best to find a ISP that provides unlimited internet access and bandwidth. Speed is also important. Go for the highest speed that your available ISPs can provide. Anything over 12 Mbps is a good decent speed for the average user. If you plan on using the internet a lot, for example, playing online games, watching movies, etc… you may need to go with your ISP’s highest speed that they offer.
