I am trying to setup up a wireless internet connection in a room well away from my router. However When i go to install the software for my wireless adapter it says an update is required and i have to go to a website to get the update. Problem is I never had an internet connection to begin with. Am I supposed to use the software on the computer of which my router is already connected to or am I doing this right? The wireless adapter is a Linksys AE2500.
